Alzaar 5-Day Return & Refund Guide

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, here’s an easy way to send it back.


1. Change Your Mind? Cancel Free Before We Ship

  • You can cancel your order any time before it’s shipped—no fees.

2. Need to Return? You’ve Got 5 Days

  • Start: Count from the day your package arrives.
  • Deadline: Send your return request within 5 calendar days.

3. Which Items Can Go Back?

Your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags on
  • Returned with your invoice or order confirmation

4. How to Send It Back

  1. Email us at support@alzaar.in within 5 days.
  2. Attach:
    1. A clear photo of the item you got
    2. A photo/scan of your invoice or order confirmation
  3. We’ll approve your return and arrange a free pick-up (for damaged or wrong items) or send you a shipping label if needed.

Tip: We can’t process returns without both photos.


5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items?

  • Check your order as soon as it arrives.
  • If something’s broken, not working, or you got the wrong thing, email us immediately with photos.
  • We’ll fix it by replacing, refunding, or offering another solution—your choice.

6. Items We Can’t Take Back

Unless they’re damaged or wrong, we can’t accept:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Made-to-order or personalized items
  • Beauty, hygiene or personal-care products
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re not sure, just drop us a line before you buy.


7. How Refunds Work

  • Once we receive & check your return, we’ll email you within 2 days.
  • If approved, we send your refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Banks may take another 1–2 business days to show the credit.
  • No refund after 7 days? Email support@alzaar.in and we’ll sort it out.

8. Who Pays Shipping?

  • Change of mind: You cover return shipping.
  • Damaged/defective/wrong item: We’ll pay and send you a prepaid label.

9. Need More Help?
