  • Total Expectation: Please allow up to 9 business days from order placement (2 processing + 7 transit).

Note: Rural, remote, or high‑volume periods (e.g., festivals, sales) may add 1–3 days. We’ll keep you informed of any major delays.


2. Order Processing

  • Confirmation Email: Immediately after your order is placed.
  • Shipment Notification: Includes your tracking number once your package departs our warehouse.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at Checkout based on:
    • Delivery address (zone/region)
    • Order weight, dimensions, and value
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders (where applicable).

4. Tracking Your Package

  1. Check your inbox for the “Your Order Has Shipped” email.
  2. Click the provided tracking link or enter the tracking number on the courier’s website.
  3. View real‑time status and estimated delivery date.

5. Potential Delays
While we partner with reliable couriers, occasional disruptions may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Volume surges during peak shopping seasons

If your delivery is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the estimated date, please email support@alzaar.in with your order number—we’ll investigate and update you promptly.

  • Duties & Taxes: May be levied by local customs. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Customs Delays: We cannot control clearance procedures; please factor this into your delivery expectations.

  • If your package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re‑ship the order.
  • To avoid misdelivery, ensure your address and contact information are accurate at checkout.
